Retainer Fees to secure your day are non-refundable, as stated in the contracts sent to clients. Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned. OHMYHEARTphotography has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transactions has been completed, it is then considered non-refundable. Travel fee are required for weddings/sessions outside of Lake County.

Refunds will NOT be given due to a client "not liking a photo"
